The hotel offers raw concrete and cement rooms that need repair, equipped with noisy air conditioning. On the upside, the villa is spacious at 75m2. Service encounters various issues from booking difficulties to inconvenient bedding, but receptionists are welcoming. The location is a peaceful retreat away from the typical tourist crowds. Dining experiences vary, with some days being exceptional but ultimately lacking consistency. The facilities could use improvement overall.
The villa is lovely and just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach and a refreshing pool. While the rooms have a charming touch, they could use a bit of upkeep. The service is impeccable with well-trained staff, especially in the seafood restaurant. The location offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling crowds, perfect for a relaxing stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were nice, there were some issues with cleanliness and needed repairs. The service was lacking in some areas, but the location was fantastic. The dining options were hit or miss, and the facilities could use some improvements.
The hotel may not have been ideal for me as the room we received was small, lacking a tub, and had raw concrete and cement walls which made the air conditioning noisy. Despite these drawbacks, the location was excellent, away from the Phuket crowds, and creating a secluded feel for guests who enjoy hiring a car to explore secluded areas. The dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious dishes served day after day.
Staying at the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. The rooms were nice but a little tired, although having a private pool was a nice touch. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but there seemed to be some issues with the hotel management. The location was fantastic for a secluded feel, yet accessible with a car. The dining options were a bit poor and repetitive. Overall, it was a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
